over 40 years by supplying all types of Elastic & Non-Elastic Tapes, Cords, Webbings, Jacquard Tapes, Bra Tapes,
Sewing Thread, etc. with 02 manufacturing plants in Sri Lanka, 02 in Bangladesh, 01 in Egypt and Marketing
offices in UK and India, supplying world-renowned brands such as M&S, Nike, VS, CK, Tommy, GAP, Next, etc.

Tech Lead
Location: Panadura

Job Summary

We are accepting potential candidates for Tech lead position. You must be a self-motivation individual, team
player, must have good communication skills, punctual, you must maintain standards and be willing to take up
challenges are finding the right business solutions. They will also be responsible for designing and
implementing testable and scalable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have the good analytic skill and developing web applications using Angular JS, C#, Web Api, Dot
Net-Core, ASP.NET MVC & MS SQL Server, VB.Net
• Proper knowledge of Object-oriented programming
• Designing responsive websites using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
• Good knowledge in Microsoft reporting service, crystal report design & development.
• Android or IOS Application development is a plus
• Writes code optimization
• Writes and runs unit tests
• Maintain and document software functionality
• Document the life cycle of projects by creating/writing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams,
charts, code comments, etc.
• Integrate software with existing systems
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
• Analyzing user requirements
• Developing existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification;
• Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects
• Must be a good team player
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages
• MSSQL database or relational database skills
Competencies and Skills Required
• Excellent communication skills both in English & Sinhala.
• Strong interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability, ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions.
• Must minimum 2 years of job experience needed.
• Having Microsoft certifications is an added advantage
